Obtaining an RMA Number
To return an item, you need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can request an RMA number by emailing us at hello@perfumetogo.com.  All returns are subject to inspection and must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.  Please note that the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
 
Packaging and Shipping Instructions
  1. Packaging: Place the original package inside a shipping carton.  Do not attach stickers or shipping labels directly to the manufacturer’s original package.
  2. Invoice: Include the invoice and specify the reason for the return. If the item is defective, provide a brief description of the defect.
  3. RMA Number: Clearly write the RMA number on the shipping carton to avoid any processing delays or refusal of the return.
 
Condition of Returns
All returned items and packaging materials must be in new condition. Returned merchandise that is used or damaged may be subject to refusal or a restocking fee of 25-35%.
 
Return Eligibility
All returned or exchanged items must:
  • Be returned within 30 days.
  • Be in new condition.
  • Be in their original packaging.
  • Be shipped via an insured ground service (USPS or UPS) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if:
  • There are signs of use.
  • Any parts of the item are missing.
  • The return is not made within 30 days.
